Motivation

Even the most motivated person in the world can feel unmotivated at times. It can happen to you, me. In fact, sometimes we get into such a slump that even thinking about making positive changes seems too difficult. But it’s not hopeless. With some small steps, you can get started down the road to positive change.
Here are some tips from businessmen to quickly turn your unmotivated self into a motivated one.
- I personally like to listen to uplifting music and eat. Eating helps.
- I start talking to people. It always gets me going.
- I listen to podcasts. It gives me a different perspective.
- I would love to listen confidential music.
- Remember my why. We all got started for a reason. Keep that reason close to you at all times. Anytime i second guess myself, I think of that and boom, it’s right back on.
- Getting up at 5am and smashing cardio on the pavement followed by strength training at the gym listening to work out music always sets me up for the day.
- Get an accountability buddy.
- Weight room sets everything right.
- Motivational music/ speeches and lifting a couple hundred pounds always makes me feel like I’m ready to take on the world again.
- Be grateful.
- Zumba then loud happy music.
- Try to analyze the mental scripts that are ruining when I am not working towards a goal.
- Go on a trip, ground yourself.
- I turn to this board I’ve created that lists the things that energize me and drain me.
- I’m buying chips for the fresh salsa I made, hugging my kiddos, and list out mentally all the things I have to be grateful for.
- I don’t sleep until I find a solution for whatever is bothering me.
- I sleep.
- Do something to help me learn something new about what I do.
