Privacy Policy

This policy covers workingmomsconnection.org. It does not cover the Working Moms Connection Facebook group, which is governed byFacebook's own privacy policy.

What this site collects

This is a static website. It has no accounts, no comments, and no shopping cart, and it sets no cookies of its own. There is nothing here for you to log in to.

The one place you can send us information is the contact form. When you submit it, the name, email address, subject and message you typed are emailed to us so we can reply. They are not stored in a database, added to a mailing list, or sold or shared with anyone. We keep the email for as long as we need it to answer you.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records ordinary web-server request logs — IP address, the page requested, the time, the browser's user-agent string. These are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse, and they are discarded on the provider's normal schedule.

Things loaded from other companies

Two things on this site are served by someone else:

• Google Fonts serves the typeface. Your browser's request for it reaches Google.
• YouTube hosts the two interview videos. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play on one — the thumbnail alone comes from Google's image servers. Once you press play, YouTube can set cookies and apply its own policies.

There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking pixel on this site.

Children

This site is written for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

If you have written to us and would like your message deleted, emailworkingmomsconnection@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
